Day 2 :

We declare your first breakfast open: the moment to feast on energy, and sunny flavors! You then meet the sports coach: the opportunity to discuss your needs and expectations. Then a 1.5 hour lesson is offered.

At the end of the afternoon, we invite you to a pleasant yoga session on the beach. Then enjoy a free evening after dinner.

Day 3 :

Enjoy your breakfast, then continue your healthy program with a private sports class!

After free lunch, we invite you to discover the emblematic district of Belém: it is with an exceptional aperitif cruise on the Tagus that you will savor its charms.

Then, relaxation and calm guaranteed with a Yoga session, followed by an aperitif dinner. You are then invited to a presentation of Nuskin products, a high-end beauty brand, and benefit from free advice and trials: a delicate well-being break to take care of you.

Day 4 :

Day 5 :

Day 6 :
